Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Client Service Quant, focused on providing exceptional support and expertise to the users of Tradetron's platform. Responsibilities include assisting clients with queries, addressing concerns related to algorithmic trading strategies,



ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences. Collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance user experience is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
Strong abilities in Client Services, Customer Service, and a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Understanding of Finance concepts and familiarity with trading or algorithmic strategies
Problem-solving mindset and capability to manage multiple client concerns effectively
Ability to adapt to remote work environments and maintain strong team collaboration
Experience or knowledge in financial platforms or tools is a plus
