Role Description The Franchise Sales Manager (FRAN) will lead franchise development efforts to expand MannuBhai's service network. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Gurugram, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective franchise partners, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and managing the end-to-end franchise onboarding process. The role involves creating and executing franchise sales plans, maintaining accurate pipelines and reports, and coordinating with operations and marketing teams to support current franchise launches.



The Franchise Sales Manager will also nurture ongoing relationships with franchise partners to drive performance, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications

- Strong Franchise Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, engage, and convert prospective franchise partners.
- Experience in Franchising and Business Planning to structure franchise models, assess viability, and support sustainable growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and relationship management with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability in sales or business development, preferably in services, retail, or franchise-driven businesses.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Gurugram, with the ability to travel locally for meetings and partner visits as needed.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
