Role Description The Social Media Executive (Video Editor) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The person in this role will plan, create, and edit video content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include shooting or sourcing footage, editing videos, adding motion graphics and text overlays, optimizing aspect ratios and formats for different channels, and collaborating with the marketing team on content calendars. The role also involves color grading, basic sound editing, and preparing thumbnails or supporting graphics to enhance audience engagement.



The Social Media Executive (Video Editor) will monitor performance metrics, suggest creative improvements, and maintain a consistent visual style across all social media content.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, film, and assemble engaging social media content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of video assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create animations, titles, and visual elements that support brand messaging.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok) and best practices for video content is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with marketing and creative teams is required.
- A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field, along with a portfolio demonstrating video and motion work, will be an advantage.
