Role Description The International Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new international business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with global clients, and promoting Madafu Designs UX and business design services across multiple regions. The International Sales Specialist will conduct market research, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts in line with international trade requirements.



Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal design and operations teams, providing responsive customer service, tracking sales performance against targets, and ensuring a consistent, professional brand presence in international markets.

Qualifications

- Strong International Sales and International Business skills, with experience in developing and managing global client accounts.
- Knowledge of International Trade practices and regulations relevant to service-based consultancies.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Proficiency in sales CRM tools, pipeline management, and basic sales analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in selling professional services or consulting, preferably in design, UX, or technology sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and travel internationally as required.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
