We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead and manage the Accounts & Finance function. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, handling audits, and managing taxation matters within a real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance of ongoing projects and business operations.
- Conduct financial modeling and feasibility analysis for real estate projects.

2. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger.
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and timely processing of payments.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, GST, and ledgers.

3. Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B), Income Tax returns, and TDS.
- Handle departmental cases related to Income Tax, GST, and other statutory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and accounting standards.

4. Audit & Internal Controls

- Manage internal and external audits.
- Strengthen internal control systems and ensure adherence to processes.
- Liaise with auditors and resolve audit queries effectively.

5. Government Liaisoning

- Coordinate and liaise with government departments, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Handle notices, assessments,



and compliance-related matters.

6. Team Management

- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 members.
- Monitor daily activities of the Accounts & Finance department.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all financial processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation.
- Experience in audit handling and statutory compliance.
- Sound understanding of financial management and reporting.
- Robust coordination and liaisoning skills with government authorities.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.

Educational Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory Industry Preference

• Candidates with experience in Real Estate or Construction industry will be preferred.

Additional Notes

- Candidate must be capable of independently handling the Accounts & Finance department.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
