Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to design and execute LCMS experiments for protein characterization. The primary objective is to develop a robust methods using LCMS for CAA/Bio-similarity, contributing to the advancement and success of the team's objectives within the product development domain.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deep understanding on protein/mAbs characterization using LC-MS/MS (QTOF, MALDI TOF, 2D LC QTOF, IM QTOF etc.).
- Complete, in-dept knowledge on Biosimilars characterization (Intact mass analysis, subunit mass, peptide mapping, PTM analysis, etc.) using LC-MS/MS.
- Experience on mAbs bio similarity, CAA using LCMS.
- Experience on method development and qualification for various mAb's using LC-MS/MS.
- Knowledge on ADC's characterization
- Knowledge on HCP and MAM workflows is preferred.
- Preferred knowledge on Targeted proteomics/Protein quantitation, Impurities analysis and spent media analysis using TQLCMS
- Characterization of SSR/Signal peptides
- Understanding on positive laboratory practices and Good Documentation Practices.
- The candidate should have good knowledge and skills to independently plan and execute method development and validation activities for the functional characterization.
- To take up new technology initiatives within the development group and to draft primary documents.
- Interpret data, draw conclusions, and present data results at group meetings and other forums.
- Prepare protocol / report / manuscript as needed, including contributions to writing and reviewing content.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development projects.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Ensure safe practices in the facilities and participate in the organization-based safety and quality initiatives.

Educational Qualification

A Master's degree (M.Sc. or M.Tech. or or M.Pharm.) or Ph.D. in Proteomics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry.

Minimum Work Experience

- Master degree with minimum 2-5 years or PhD with 0-1 years of working experience on Method development, qualification, Handling of analytical instruments like HRMS, TQ LCMS, Synapt, Xevo QTOF, 2D LC QTOF etc.

Skills & Attributes Technical Skills

- An understanding of the analytical Developmentਏor਋iotherapeutics/ Biosimilars.
- In-depth knowledge LCMS QTOF.
- Deep understanding of analytical techniques, statistical analysis, data management and analysis.
