The role provides exposure to global markets and offers opportunities to work closely with Sales, Trading, Research, Product, COO, Risk, Finance, Technology, Operations and Compliance teams across APAC, EMEA and AMRS. **Job Description** The associate will provide analytical, reporting, operational, governance and business management support to key stakeholders across the Global Equities franchise. Responsibilities span market analytics, trade idea generation, client and business reporting, trade lifecycle support, corporate actions, risk analytics, strategic initiatives, governance reporting, and process optimization activities. **Responsibilities** + Conduct market,
quantitative and equity derivatives analysis using Bloomberg and internal platforms by extracting and analyzing data across equities, ETFs, indices and options; develop volatility, skew, term structure, earnings and performance analytics to support business decision-making + Prepare market intelligence and research content, including market commentary, sector reviews, thematic reports, newsletters, charts, presentations and research summaries covering macroeconomic developments, industry trends and investment themes across global markets + Deliver business, client and portfolio analytics by preparing book, client, index, event, profitability and P&L; analysis; generating actionable insights to support client engagement, portfolio optimization, revenue opportunities and business strategy + Support trade lifecycle and trading assistance activities across global trading desks, including trade booking, give-up and pay-to-hold processing, reconciliations, settlement support, clearing, exception management and timely resolution of trade-related issues + Manage operational risk and controls by monitoring trade breaks, investigating discrepancies, ensuring accurate trade capture and reporting, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and adhering to internal policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards + Partner with Sales, Trading, Product, COO, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk and Compliance teams globally to support strategic priorities, client deliverables, business initiatives and operational excellence objectives across APAC, EMEA and AMRS + Drive governance, regulatory and business reporting activities through preparation of MIS, dashboards, management reporting, executive presentations, client metrics, compliance monitoring and performance reporting for senior leadership + Lead data management, process optimization and automation initiatives by leveraging Excel, VBA, Python, Tableau, Alteryx and AI-enabled solutions to improve scalability, efficiency, data quality, controls and reporting capabilities + Support client, product and franchise initiatives through execution of outreach campaigns, onboarding of new products and workflows, business growth projects, sales strategy initiatives and process transformation activities + Expand product coverage and manage increasing business complexity by independently taking ownership of new responsibilities, supporting evolving Equities products and markets, developing subject matter expertise, and contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen the Global Equities franchise **Requirements** **Education:** Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or other relevant area **Experience** : 1-3+ years in financial analytics, operations, or related roles **Foundational Skills :** + Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx etc. preferred) + Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail + Communication: Clear verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to present findings effectively + Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment with demonstrated feedback and collaboration + Work Ethic: Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines; proactive and resourceful in problem-solving + Judgment & Independence: Willingness to learn and take initiative while seeking guidance when needed + Preferred: Exposure to Financial Services support and basic understanding of corporate action events (voluntary vs. involuntary) and their impact on shareholders + Proficiency in business, market data and analytics platforms such as Bloomberg, along with strong capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization/reporting tools.
