Wealth and Investment Management business teams across Financial Planning and Analysis, period end close, management reporting and data analysis. **Job Description*** + The candidate will be responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) and reporting for the Consumer and/or Wealth business. + The work would be a mix of standard and ad-hoc deliverables based on dynamic business requirements. + Technical competency is essential to build processes which ensure data quality and completeness across all projects / requests related to business. + The core responsibility of this individual is process management to achieve sustainable, accurate and well controlled results. + Candidate should have a clear understanding of the end-to-end process (including its purpose) and a discipline of managing and continuously improving those processes. **Responsibilities*** + Preparation of various FP&A; reports (revenue, other KPIs etc.) including performing variance analysis + Perform month end activities + Responsible for the preparation of various business reviews and ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management decisions + Be a key contributor to business initiatives that require subject matter expertise. + Extremely good with numbers and ability to present various business/finance metrics, detailed analysis, and key observations to US partners. **Requirements*** **Education*** :- CA/CPA or MBA finance **Certification if any** : NA **Experience Range*** :-0-2 years of experience in Financial reporting and planning **Foundational skills*** + Basic working knowledge of Finance and Data Analysis + Solid computer skills, including MS excel, power point + Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), Interpersonal skills and relationship management skills + Fundamental understanding of risk management and internal controls + Highly motivated, able to work independently, self-starter and problem solving skills **Desired skills** + Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities under pressure, and deliver as well as being able to adapt to changes + Able to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment + Good knowledge of financial/banking products + Hands-on experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot or equivalent generative AI tools to accelerate writing, analysis, and presentation of business deliverables + Ability to frame effective prompts to generate accurate, relevant, and reusable AI outputs + Experience leveraging AI for data analysis and insight generation, including variance analysis, trend identification, and preparation of executive-ready summaries + Sound judgment and risk awareness, including the application of appropriate checks, controls, and human review when leveraging tools, data, or automated outputs + Ownership and accountability for end-to-end outcomes, quality, and timelines, with proactive escalation of risks and issues + Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex issues, apply sound judgment, and propose practical solutions in ambiguous or evolving situations + Learning agility and change readiness, with comfort in adapting to new tools, processes, and ways of working, including effective use of AI-enabled tools where relevant + Strong collaboration and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and geographies using clear, concise, and professional communication **Work Timings*** 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm (will require to stretch 7-8 days in a month to meet critical deadlines) **Job Location :-** Mumbai/Gurugram Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion,
