Job Opportunity | Senior Wealth Management – Area / Cluster Leadership Location: Recent Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Wealth Management professional to lead wealth management activities across an assigned territory/area. The role will focus on achieving revenue, AUM and market-share objectives while building a strong wealth management franchise and delivering exceptional service to HNI and Ultra-HNI clients. The position involves client engagement, relationship management, investment research, financial planning, portfolio performance analysis, business development, portfolio management and business analytics. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Relationship Management Manage relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients and understand their investment requirements. Provide customized investment solutions based on client profiling, financial goals, risk appetite and investment preferences. Work closely with Relationship Managers to support client portfolios and implement wealth management strategies. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling investment and wealth management products. Ensure superior and seamless client service and long-term relationship development. Market Research & Investment Analysis Conduct research and analysis of investment products, financial markets and economic trends. Provide insights to support investment decisions and enhance client portfolio outcomes. Track market developments and identify relevant investment opportunities for clients. Financial Planning & Reporting Guide the development of personalized financial plans aligned with client objectives and risk profiles. Prepare and present investment summaries, portfolio performance reports and financial analysis. Monitor portfolio performance and provide relevant insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Drive cluster/area-level business objectives including revenue,



AUM and client acquisition. Leadership & Business Management Lead wealth management activities across the assigned territory. Drive business growth and establish a strong wealth management presence in the market. Recruit, develop, mentor and retain high-performing wealth management professionals. Review team performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and revenue. Take joint ownership of key HNI/Ultra-HNI client relationships managed by the team. Drive achievement of business, revenue and AUM targets. Must-Have Requirements 8–12 years of relevant Wealth Management experience. Strong experience handling HNI / Ultra-HNI clients. Proven experience in wealth management, portfolio advisory and business development. Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets. Broking experience/background is not preferred. Candidates should ideally have stability in their recent career history; the last two jobs together should account for at least 5 years of tenure. Strong leadership, client management and team management capabilities. Preferred Talent Pool / Background Candidates from established wealth management firms, private banking and premium wealth management divisions of banks will be preferred.
