We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is ideal for freshers or MBA (HR) students eager to build a career in talent acquisition within a fast-paced IT environment. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams Maintain effective candidate communication and experience Support campus hiring and recruitment drives Update ATS, databases, and recruitment trackers Learn ATS functions (resume parsing, pipeline management,



etc.) Requirements: MBA (HR) or any graduate with interest in recruitment Strong interest in talent acquisition Positive communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri) Basic knowledge of ATS is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive What we offer: 6 Months Internship followed with job opportunity Hands-on training and mentorship from industry experts.
