Job Description

• Integral part of the Account Opening team & CRM Team, responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in account opening processes
• Act as an authorizer for CIF creation, Current and Savings Accounts (CASA), and Fixed Deposit (FD) account openings, ensuring adherence to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Possess a thorough understanding of account opening & CRM procedures and regulations to provide timely support to branches and internal departments.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with various internal departments, branches, and the head office to streamline account opening processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Capable of independently handling account opening assignments and providing guidance and training to other staff members to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports using the Management Information System to track account opening activities and performance metrics.
