Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physics Teacher to join our dynamic academic team in Tellapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring 4–10 years of teaching experience in high school physics, with a deep understanding of core scientific principles and a proven ability to inspire students in grades 9–12. This role is pivotal in cultivating scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning through engaging, inquiry-based instruction. The teacher will design and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons that emphasize conceptual clarity, real-world applications, and hands-on experimentation. The position demands an innovative educator committed to student-centered learning, continuous improvement, and the effective integration of modern teaching tools to foster a deeper understanding of physics and a lasting enthusiasm for science.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver dynamic, curriculum-compliant physics lessons covering topics such as mechanics, thermodynamics, electricity, magnetism, waves, and modern physics

- Design and implement differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and academic levels of high school students

- Utilize laboratory experiments, simulations, visual aids, and digital tools to enhance conceptual understanding and promote active learning

- Assess student progress through quizzes, lab reports, projects, exams, and formative assessments,



providing timely and actionable feedback

- Mentor students in science fairs, Olympiads, and physics-related competitions

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance trends

- Collaborate with the science department and academic leadership to align teaching strategies with institutional goals and national curriculum standards

- Foster a protected, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating classroom environment that encourages inquiry, perseverance, and scientific exploration

RequirementsRequirements:

- 4–10 years of proven experience teaching Physics in a high school (grades 9–12) setting

- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field; postgraduate qualification (M.Sc. or B.Ed. in Physics) is highly preferred

- In-depth knowledge of high school physics curriculum and modern pedagogical approaches

- Demonstrated success in teaching diverse learners and adapting instruction to support varying academic abilities

- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, simulation software, and digital learning platforms to enrich instruction

- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills

- Passion for promoting scientific literacy and nurturing a lifelong interest in physics and STEM fields

- Willingness to work in Tellapur, Hyderabad, as per the institutional schedule
