Salary Structure
- Training Period (First 3 Months): ₹18,000/month (Designation: Business Coordinator)
- After Successful Training Completion: ₹75,000/month (Fixed Salary) (Designation: Business Trainer/Professor)
- After 9 Months (Performance & Growth): Chance for Branch Manager Role with salary up to ₹1,50,000/month
Eligibility
- MBA in Marketing, Finance, or HR
- Mechanical Engineers (Freshers welcome)
- Candidates with Industrial Marketing experience are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
- Ability to explain concepts confidently with practical examples
- Own two-wheeler preferred
- Laptop and dual SIM smartphone required
Roles & Responsibilities
Female Business Trainers:
- Conduct classroom sessions for students.
- Explain business-related concepts using simple, practical examples.
- Guide students on self-employment, business setup, government subsidies, and banking procedures.
Male Business Trainers:
- Accompany students on industrial visits within Indore and nearby areas.
- Provide practical business training and field guidance.
- Teach real-world business operations and execution.
Working Hours
- Training Period: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Branch Manager Role: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
