Da’Villas is a quick-growing startup creating premium villa stays, curated getaways, retreats, and unique travel experiences across India.

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-driven Luxury Travel Booking Consultant to join our growing team. This role focuses on handling travel inquiries, converting leads into bookings, building customer relationships, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers.
* Respond to leads received through WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
* Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budgets, and occasions.
* Recommend suitable luxury villas, premium stays, retreats, and curated experiences.
* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.




* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
* Handle customer objections and confidently close bookings.
* Upsell premium villas, upgrades, experiences, and additional services.
* Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
* Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
* Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Travel, Hospitality, or Customer Relationship Management.
* Travel & Hospitality experience is mandatory.
* Proven ability to convert leads into bookings.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
* Strong customer-handling and relationship management abilities.
* Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales and revenue goals.
