Role Description The Assistant Accountant will support daily accounting operations and help maintain accurate financial records for the organization. Responsibilities include posting journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing vouchers, assisting with bank reconciliations, and updating ledgers and financial databases. The role will also support invoice processing, expense tracking,



and documentation required for internal reporting and audits. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur, working closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure timely and compliant financial processes.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and general ledger maintenance.
Ability to work with accounting software and MS Excel for data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation.
Attention to detail, accuracy in handling numerical data, and positive organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Prior internship or experience in an accounting or finance role is an advantage.
Understanding of basic taxation and compliance requirements will be beneficial.
