About the Role
Bikham Healthcare is looking for a highly capable Finance leader who can build and run the financial backbone of a rapid-growing global healthcare technology company — from the ground up. This role owns both the operational engine (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, SaaS vendor payments, collections) and the financial management engine (FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, monthly/quarterly/annual close, internal controls, and reporting) for the organization, while building and leading the team that supports it.
The ideal candidate combines deep finance fundamentals — including SaaS revenue mechanics, forecasting, budgeting, and close discipline — with operational rigor and a builder's mindset toward automation and AI. This is not just a “run the numbers” role; it's a “build the finance function” role. This person will establish the checks and balances, systems, and cadence that let Bikham scale with confidence, working closely with the founders, COO,
and department leaders across the business.
