Role Description The Facilities Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities operations across ClearTax offices. This role includes monitoring building services, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring workspaces are safe, clean, and functional. The Facilities Executive will liaise with vendors and service providers, manage office supplies,



and support space planning and seating arrangements. They will handle employee requests related to facilities, track service tickets, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of internal customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining records, supporting compliance with health and safety standards, and collaborating with administrative and HR teams to enable smooth office operations.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) to oversee daily office infrastructure and services.
