Role Description The Dispatcher role at S&R; Trucking is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily truck movements, assigning loads to drivers, and ensuring productive routing to meet delivery timelines. This role involves continuous communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams to track shipments, resolve issues, and update schedules.



The Dispatcher will monitor equipment availability, manage documentation, and maintain accurate records in dispatch systems. The position also requires responding to unexpected changes, such as delays or equipment problems, and adjusting plans to maintain service quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
Strong coordination and planning skills, including route scheduling, load assignment, and time management.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Proficiency with dispatch or transport management systems, basic computer skills, and data entry accuracy.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in real time.
