We’re looking for a Product Designer (3–5 years) to join a confidential client in Bengaluru.
This is for someone who wants to work at a genuinely high product bar — the kind of workplace where product quality, craft, systems thinking and user experience are treated as core to the company, not as a layer added at the end.
Think of the standard you see at companies like Uber, Stripe or Anthropic — without us pretending this is one of them.
You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to take complex, ambiguous problems from definition to shipped product.
You’ll be expected to:
→ Frame problems, not just execute briefs
→ Turn complexity into simple, intuitive experiences
→ Own design end-to-end, from early exploration to final implementation
→ Prototype and test ideas quickly
→ Bring strong interaction and visual design craft
→ Work deeply with engineers and care about the quality of the shipped experience
→ Use product data, research and customer feedback to make better decisions
→ Think in systems rather than isolated screens
→ Contribute to product direction,



not just interface decisions
→ Participate in critique and help raise the quality of the team
We’re looking for someone with:
• 3–5 years of strong product design experience
• A portfolio with meaningful product problems, not just polished screens
• Strong interaction design and visual craft
• Excellent Figma and prototyping skills
• Experience shipping products end-to-end
• Strong product judgment and comfort with ambiguity
• Experience partnering closely with PMs and engineers
• The ability to clearly explain the reasoning behind your decisions
• A high bar for details without losing sight of the bigger product problem
You’ll stand out if you’ve worked on:
• Complex B2B or consumer products
• Fintech, SaaS, AI, developer tools, marketplaces or other technically demanding products
• 0→1 products or major new product areas
• Products where your work had measurable user or business impact
• Design systems
