Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Pune District. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the rooftop solar and solar EPC segments, with a focus on residential, commercial, and industrial clients.



The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare proposals and quotations aligned with customer requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting NovaRays’ solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining long-term relationships through effective account management. The role also includes coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and contributing to sales targets, reporting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, market research, and pipeline management.
