Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Jhansi. The Sales Officer will manage and grow sales for Paragon footwear, focusing on developing and supporting distribution channels, retail partners, and institutional buyers. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads,



conducting product presentations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing service issues, collecting market feedback, and coordinating with internal teams on orders, deliveries, and inventory. The Sales Officer will prepare regular sales reports, monitor competitor activity, and contribute to local sales strategies to expand market share.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and ensure efficient order and documentation processes.
Experience in Channel Sales to work effectively with distributors, retailers, agents, and other trade partners.
Proven track record in field sales or footwear/FM
