About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly experienced Senior Software Sales Engineer to lead our software sales initiatives across India.



This pivotal role requires a professional with a robust technical background in industrial metrology and software solutions, coupled with strategic sales acumen and leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and technical qualification to proposal development and negotiation of commercial purchase orders. This role involves guiding and motivating a high-performing sales team spread across India, with a focus on penetrating new markets, expanding existing customer relationships, and increasing market share for ZEISS’s advanced metrology software suites.
