Role Description The Founder’s Office Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, providing high-level administrative and operational support to the founder and leadership team. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing presentations,



reports, and meeting agendas. The role involves handling confidential information, tracking key initiatives, following up on action items, and ensuring timely execution of strategic tasks. The Executive Assistant will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, organize events and reviews, and help streamline workflows and communication for the Founder’s Office. This person will also support research, documentation, and basic project coordination to enable effective decision-making and smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and documentation handling.
Excellent communication abilities, with clear written and verbal skills and professional stakeholder management.
