Role Description This full-time in office Healthcare Specialist role is based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Healthcare Specialist will support patient care activities, assist with basic clinical procedures, and coordinate with medical teams to ensure safe and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include conducting preliminary assessments, documenting patient information accurately, and following established medical protocols and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, providing clear information to patients and families, and participating in training initiatives to maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and emergency response readiness. The Healthcare Specialist will also help optimize workflow, adhere to regulatory and organizational guidelines, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess EMT skills and practical experience in emergency medical response.




Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates should possess foundational Medicine and Healthcare knowledge to support clinical decision-making and patient care.
Candidates should possess Training experience or aptitude to participate in and deliver clinical and safety training programs.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, record-keeping accuracy, and ability to follow clinical protocols.
Candidates should possess the ability to work in fast-paced healthcare settings and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Relevant certification or diploma in healthcare, nursing, EMT, or related field is preferred.
Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or emergency care settings in the Greater Ahmedabad Area or similar environments is beneficial.
