Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller Executive role based in Tiruchirappalli. The Telecaller Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, provide information about available plots and ongoing projects, and respond to queries in a clear and courteous manner. The role includes maintaining call records, updating customer details in the CRM or other systems,



and scheduling site visits or appointments for the sales team. The Telecaller Executive will follow up with leads, support sales conversions, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. The position requires consistent adherence to company call protocols, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn CRM or call tracking tools.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and maintain a professional, respectful tone.
