Role Description The Teacher at FEA in Begusarai will facilitate in-person classes, guiding students through English language, digital skills,



and non-cognitive skill development in line with FEA’s curriculum. This full-time, in office role includes planning and delivering daily lessons, leading interactive activities, and using a mix of technology, peer learning, and discussion-based methods. The Teacher will monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance. The role also involves mentoring students on professional behavior, ethical decision-making, and lifelong learning habits, as well as collaborating with other FEA team members to continuously improve teaching practices. The Teacher is expected to create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment that encourages participation and supports diverse learning needs.
