Role Description This full-time, in office Business Development Manager role is based in Bhubaneswar. The role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence for the company’s products and solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads,



conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure effective execution of business plans. The role also involves meeting revenue and margin targets, maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports, and representing the brand in local industry events and customer engagements.
