Role Description This is a full-time, in office Fundraising and Communication Executive role based in Kolkata. The position involves planning and executing fundraising initiatives, including donor outreach, campaign coordination, and event support. The executive will develop and manage communication materials such as newsletters, social media posts, website content, and reports that highlight the organization’s impact.



Daily tasks include maintaining donor databases, preparing proposals and presentations, liaising with partners and supporters, and tracking fundraising performance. The role also requires close collaboration with program teams to gather stories and data that inform fundraising and communication strategies.
Qualifications

Ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies, manage donor relationships, and support grant applications and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting donor communications, proposals, impact stories, and outreach materials.
Experience with social media, basic digital marketing, and content creation to enhance visibility and engagement.
Organizational and project management skills to coordinate campaigns, events, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
