Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end MDM delivery and platform configuration
Team leadership, mentoring & agile delivery
Match-merge, survivorship, golden records & hierarchy management
Data modelling and entity resolution
Integration with ERP, CRM, Salesforce, eCommerce & analytics platforms
REST APIs, event-driven patterns & ETL/ELT pipelines
Data quality, governance & stewardship workflows
MDM platform health, KPIs, SLAs and issue resolution
Experience with enterprise MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, Stibo STEP, SAP MDG or Semarchy
The MDM Architect role requires 7+ years in data management/data engineering, including 3+ years of hands-on MDM delivery or operations, along with robust MDM fundamentals and team leadership experience.
