Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based at the Loni branch. This role is responsible for leading branch sales activities, including driving home loan acquisitions,



managing a sales team, and achieving monthly and annual business targets. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee lead generation, customer outreach, and relationship building with local partners and intermediaries, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, guiding team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory norms, and delivering high-quality, customer-centric service. The role also involves coordinating with credit and operations teams, supporting branch-level marketing initiatives, and providing regular reporting and analysis to regional leadership.
