About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist with expertise in Google Ads to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be the frontline representative handling customer inquiries related to Google Ads campaigns through multiple communication channels, including voice, chat,



and email. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to campaign setup, billing, ad disapprovals, and conversion tracking, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of Google Ads platforms, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Qualifications
