Role Description The Sales Manager will lead and grow Dwelling’s luxury real estate portfolio in Bengaluru through proactive client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and qualifying prospective high-value clients, conducting detailed property consultations,



and presenting tailored investment and residential options. The Sales Manager will coordinate site visits, manage negotiations between buyers and developers, and oversee documentation to ensure a seamless advisory experience. The role includes monitoring market trends, maintaining an updated pipeline of exclusive inventory, collaborating with marketing to drive high-quality leads, and meeting defined revenue and sales performance targets. The Sales Manager will also mentor junior team members, uphold Dwelling’s high service standards, and represent the brand at industry events and client engagements.
Qualifications
Solid real estate sales and business development skills, with a track record in luxury or premium property segments.
