Role Description The Performance Marketing role at AstroVibes is a full-time, in office position based in Indore. Looking to scale our D2C store.
This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels such as search, social media, and display networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, tracking key performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting to improve return on ad spend.



The role also involves collaborating with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad assets, analyzing market trends and audience behavior, and preparing regular performance reports for stakeholders. The individual in this role will continuously identify growth opportunities, recommend new channels or tactics, and ensure campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives.
Qualifications

Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and external partners, and to understand audience needs.
Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify target segments, analyze competitors, and design effective performance campaigns.
Sales and Marketing skills to translate campaign performance into business outcomes, support conversion goals, and collaborate with sales teams.
