Role Description The Unit Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The Unit Manager will be responsible for building and managing a team of financial consultants, providing guidance, coaching,



and performance oversight to achieve sales and business targets. This role includes planning and executing sales strategies for life insurance products, conducting regular customer meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure quality service and retention. The Unit Manager will monitor key performance metrics, prepare periodic reports, and collaborate with branch leadership to drive growth in the assigned territory. Daily activities will also involve market intelligence gathering, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and participating in training and development programs.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in team management, including recruiting, mentoring, and engaging sales or financial consultants.
Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in financial services or insurance preferred.
Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to understand
