Role Description

Trainees will be under on the job plant training for 1 year (under Apprenticeship Act,1961 and its latest amendments) at Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing and Processing Company Private Limited (JCAPCPL).
During the one-year training period, candidates shall be given stipend as per the Apprenticeship Act which will be shared by Tata Steel Limited and Govt as per NATs and NAPs guideline.
Candidates will be registered on the NATS 2.0 Apprenticeship Portal.
On successful completion of one year training, candidates will be assessed through written test and interview. Basis their performance, they will be awarded one year apprenticeship completion certificate from JCAPCPL.

Qualification Status

Pass Out / 2026 appearing Candidates. Passing year should be on or after 2021.

Age

Between 1st Aug 2001 and 1st August 2008 (Both dates are included)

Apprenticeship Contract

Who have already done / left / doing their Apprenticeship from other organisations shall not be considered.
