Role Description The Data Analytics Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led training programs on data analytics, data science, and related tools for corporate and academic participants. This full-time,



on-site role is based in Indore and involves preparing course materials, developing practical exercises, and conducting workshops and multi-week programs aligned with Cypher Analytica’s curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include lecturing, facilitating hands-on lab sessions, providing guidance on real-business projects, and mentoring learners on best practices in analytics and business intelligence. The Trainer will collaborate with internal experts to update training content, incorporate new tools and technologies, and ensure sessions are engaging, accessible, and outcome-focused. The role also requires assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies.
