Role Description The Field Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The person in this role will manage and grow sales for metal false ceilings, acoustic products, and architectural solutions by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with contractors, architects, project managers, and distributors.



Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting client sites, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up on inquiries to close deals. The Field Sales Manager will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, coordinate with internal teams on inventory and deliveries, and provide market feedback to support product and strategy decisions. The role also involves maintaining high levels of customer service, resolving issues promptly, and representing Gypsonite’s brand and values in the field.
Qualifications

Strong field sales, business development, and account management skills in building materials or related industries.
Experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals, preferably with architects, contractors, and project owners.
