About the Role
CyberKalki Security is looking for a Chief Business Officer (CBO) to build and lead our global commercial engine. This is not a traditional sales role. As one of the first senior business hires, you will be responsible for turning CyberKalki's cybersecurity capabilities into customers, revenue, strategic partnerships and current markets. You will work directly with the Founder/CEO and have significant ownership over GTM strategy, enterprise sales, partnerships and revenue growth.

What You Will Own

? Revenue & Business Development
Build and manage the global sales pipeline from the ground up.
Identify and pursue high-value enterprise, government and strategic accounts.
Develop relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, security leaders and business decision-makers.
Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation and closure.




Build predictable revenue and sales processes.

? Go-to-Market & Expansion
Develop GTM strategies for India and international markets.
Identify new industries, geographies and customer segments.
Position CyberKalki's services and products against customer security challenges.
Build repeatable outbound and inbound acquisition channels.

? Strategic Partnerships
Build relationships with cybersecurity vendors, technology companies, system integrators, consultants and channel partners.
Develop reseller, referral and strategic alliance programs.
Identify partnership opportunities that accelerate CyberKalki's market reach.

? Commercial Strategy
Define pricing, packaging and commercial models with the leadership team.
Track pipeline, conversion, revenue, margins and customer acquisition metrics.
Build sales forecasts and quarterly/annual revenue plans.
Establish the foundation for a future global sales organization
