Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding 4Monks Consulting’s client base. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and conducting discovery calls to understand client needs across UX, UI, web, e-commerce, and mobile solutions.



The Business Development Manager will prepare and present proposals, collaborate closely with delivery and design teams to shape solutions, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Day-to-day tasks include market research, outreach via email, calls, and social channels, maintaining CRM records, and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also includes nurturing existing client relationships, seeking upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and representing the company in virtual events, demos, and partner meetings.

Qualifications
Business development, sales strategy, and account management skills to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and close deals.
Client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills to build trust and secure long-term partnerships.
