About the Role

ServQual is looking for a highly organised and proactive business Coordinator Intern to work closely with the CEO and Sales team.

This is not primarily a cold-calling role. The key responsibility is to ensure that our sales pipeline, customer follow-ups, meetings and actions are properly tracked and nothing falls through the cracks.

The role provides direct exposure to the CEO, B2B sales, international customers and the cybersecurity and technology industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO on daily sales priorities and follow-ups
- Maintain and update Zoho CRM with leads, opportunities, meetings and next actions
- Follow up with Sales team members for pending actions and CRM updates
- Track opportunities from lead to meeting, proposal, negotiation and closure




- Coordinate customer and partner meetings and manage calendar invites
- Record meeting notes, actions, owners and deadlines
- Track overdue customer follow-ups and escalate where required
- Assist with customer emails, proposals and sales documentation
- Maintain accurate records of significant customer interactions
- Prepare daily and weekly sales pipeline and activity reports for the CEO
- Ensure every active opportunity has a clear owner, next action and follow-up date

Who We’re Looking For
- BBA, BMS, MBA students or recent graduates
- Excellent organisation and follow-up skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable working directly with senior management
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or other CRM platforms is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident in following up with team members and managers
- Proactive, disciplined and comfortable taking ownership
