Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and converting leads into long-term client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, reaching out to potential clients, preparing proposals and presentations,



and negotiating terms that align with agency capabilities and client needs. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with the design and strategy teams to shape service offerings, respond to briefs, and ensure smooth handover from sales to project delivery. The role also involves monitoring market trends, representing the company at industry events, and reporting on sales performance and growth targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within branding, design, advertising, or related creative industries.
Strong skills in client relationship management, including prospecting, networking, and maintaining ongoing communication with key stakeholders.
Ability to develop and deliver persuasive pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements and industry context.
