Role Description: This is a full-time remote role focused on both Finance and Human Resources functions for Jaihind Aluminium Traders. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting. The position also includes HR responsibilities such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, tracking attendance and payroll inputs,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The individual will collaborate with management to provide analytical insights on financial performance and workforce needs, coordinate with external parties such as auditors or consultants when required, and support process improvements across finance and HR activities.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, support decision-making, and optimise HR and finance processes.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel or similar tools for financial analysis and reporting.
Understanding of basic HR practices, including payroll support, documentation, and
