Role Description The Head of Online Marketing will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all online marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness for Essence Innovation’s health app. This full time, on-site role based in mohali, Sector 83, involves overseeing performance marketing campaigns, digital and social media marketing activities, and overall online brand positioning.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing data to improve ROI, managing marketing budgets, and coordinating with product and design teams to align messaging. The role also involves guiding a marketing team, setting clear KPIs, exploring new online growth opportunities, and ensuring consistent, user-focused communication across all digital touchpoints.
