Role Description The Head of Finance and Accounting at iQuanta is a part-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing all core finance and accounting activities. This role includes managing financial statements, supervising monthly and annual closing processes,



ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The individual will lead budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow, and provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making and business expansion into new verticals. Daily tasks involve collaborating with leadership to develop financial policies, optimizing internal controls, coordinating with external auditors and advisors, and implementing financial systems and best practices. The role also includes guiding a small finance team, improving processes, and supporting business performance reviews with timely and reliable financial data.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance with demonstrated experience in managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
Proficiency in Budgeting and forecasting, with the ability to align financial plans with business objectives.
