The firm specializes in helping mid-market companies move from AI ideas to reliable, production-grade solutions. The firm has recently started a vertical for CRM deployment at Solar installation firms in India and is scaling this vertical.
Role Description The Software Sales Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for presenting Millennial AI’s software and AI solutions to mid-market clients in India. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, coordinating product demos, and closing new business. The representative will maintain ongoing account relationships and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. The role also involves tracking sales performance, updating CRM records, and providing feedback on client needs and market trends.
Qualifications
Demonstrated Software Sales and Sales experience,



preferably in B2B technology or AI-related solutions.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and pipeline management, including prospecting, qualification, and follow-up.
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms and engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Account Management capabilities, including relationship building, upselling, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Experience using CRM tools, basic sales analytics, and structured sales methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, consulting-oriented environment and collaborating closely with technical and non-technical teams.
Interest in AI, data, and emerging technologies; prior exposure to AI or software consulting is an advantage.
