The firm works mainly with mid-market companies that recognize the need for AI but require support to move from initial ideas to production-ready solutions. The firm has recently started a Performance Marketing vertical with agentic competitor study and media buying.
Role Description The Performance Marketing Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for managing client relationships focused on performance marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand business goals, translating these into measurable marketing strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver data-driven campaigns. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, preparing dashboards and insights, presenting results to stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to scale or refine campaigns.



The Account Manager will also participate in new business discussions, support proposals, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications
Strong Account Management skills, including client relationship building, expectation setting, and retention.
Excellent Communication skills for explicit written and verbal updates, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Sales and Lead Generation capabilities to identify growth opportunities, support proposals, and contribute to revenue targets.
Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and track performance marketing initiatives across multiple accounts.
Experience with performance marketing channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, display), campaign optimization, and analytics tools.
Ability to interpret data, create actionable insights, and develop performance reports and dashboards.
