Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at iGo is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and helping coordinate HR documentation. Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of HR policies, assisting with employee benefits administration, and helping manage basic personnel inquiries.



The intern will collaborate with HR team members on small projects related to employee engagement, data entry, and HR reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR processes within a growing technology-focused organization.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and interest in developing HR skills.
Ability to support HR Management activities, including basic HR operations and coordination.
Understanding or willingness to learn HR Policies and procedures.
Awareness of Employee Advantages and ability to assist with related documentation.
Interest in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru
