Job Purpose: The Lead - Module Production is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the module production line, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, minimizing waste,
driving continuous improvement initiatives, and achieving production goals. The Lead ensures smooth coordination between teams, manages resource allocation, and resolves production issues to ensure timely delivery of high-quality modules.
Responsibilities
Safety:
- Identify near misses and unsafe acts on the production floor to prevent fatalities and first aid cases by implementing corrective actions.
PPE Compliance:
- Ensure full PPE compliance among all personnel to prevent safety incidents and maintain a secure working environment.
Production Planning:
- Ensure that MSEL module production aligns with budgeted targets by optimizing resources and minimizing production variances. Ensure stringer availability to meet OEE targets and maximize uptime. Oversee G2TBS to G2G conversion with minimal loss, achieving the specified throughput targets.
Quality Control:
- Reduce pre-lam rework and
