Primary Purpose





The Performance & Strategy Specialist has a key role within the Biopharma Department and is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across
all the programs. The Specialist oversees the tracking and measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the unit's overall performance, leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend evidence-based actions that enhance delivery efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities
- Supports frequent (internal) evaluations of projects, analyzing project milestones, identifying issues and risks, and facilitating discussions to overcome any difficulties.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess vaccine unit performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
