Job Purpose:

To build and deepen relationships with customers in rural markets, particularly business owners and entrepreneurs, by assessing their credit needs, facilitating loan disbursals, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring top-tier customer service. The role is pivotal in achieving business growth and household-level customer penetration in the defined catchment area.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Customer Acquisition

Identify and acquire business owners and entrepreneurs in the designated rural areas.

Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable loan solutions (Micro Enterprise Loan / Personal Loan).

Ensure swift and timely disbursal of loans post assessment and documentation.

Portfolio & Relationship Management

Deepen customer relationships at a household level to unlock long-term value.

Conduct end-user checks post disbursal as per defined protocols.

Cross-sell financial products based on lifestyle, risk profiling,



and customer requirement.

Sales & Target Achievement

Meet monthly and annual group loan booking targets.

Drive liability account penetration through lead generation and account openings.

Achieve sales goals via new business, referrals, and customer retention.

Monitoring & Collections

Ensure high collection efficiency through strict discipline and monitoring.

Conduct regular field audits and customer verifications to maintain account quality.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Track competitor activities and market trends to benchmark and evolve growth strategies.

Recommend improvements to processes for enhanced service delivery and operational efficiency.

Team & Performance Management

Manage and mentor a team of Field Officers.

Take ownership of hiring, training, performance tracking, and attrition management.

Encourage performance through transparent KPIs and motivational leadership.
